48وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاMuhammad QadriAnd it is He Who sent the winds giving glad tidings before His mercy; and We sent down purifying water from the sky.
