48وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاShabbir AhmedAnd, He is the One Who sends the winds, glad news of His coming Grace, and We send down pure water from the sky.
