27فَأَتَت بِهِ قَومَها تَحمِلُهُ ۖ قالوا يا مَريَمُ لَقَد جِئتِ شَيئًا فَرِيًّاMuhammad AsadAnd in time she returned to her people, carrying the child with her.1 They said: "O Mary! Thou hast indeed done an amazing thing!Lit., "she came with him to her people, carrying him".
