3خَلَقَ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضَ بِالحَقِّ ۚ تَعالىٰ عَمّا يُشرِكونَShabbir AhmedHe has created the heavens and the earth with Purpose. He is High, Exalted above all that they associate with Him.
