2يُنَزِّلُ المَلائِكَةَ بِالرّوحِ مِن أَمرِهِ عَلىٰ مَن يَشاءُ مِن عِبادِهِ أَن أَنذِروا أَنَّهُ لا إِلٰهَ إِلّا أَنا فَاتَّقونِShabbir AhmedHe sends down His angels with Revelation of His Command, to such of His servants as He Wills. Saying, "Proclaim that there is no one worthy of obedience but Me, so be mindful of My Laws."
