100 Preface إِنَّما سُلطانُهُ عَلَى الَّذينَ يَتَوَلَّونَهُ وَالَّذينَ هُم بِهِ مُشرِكونَYusuf AliHis authority is over those only, who take him as patron and who join partners with God.
