21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍLaleh BakhtiarAnd there is not a thing, but its treasures are with Us and We send it down not but in a known measure.
