21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍT. B. IrvingThere is nothing whose stores are not[controlled] by Us, and We send it down only according to a fixed quantity.
