40 Preface رَبِّ اجعَلني مُقيمَ الصَّلاةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتي ۚ رَبَّنا وَتَقَبَّل دُعاءِYusuf AliO my Lord! make me one who establishes regular Prayer, and also (raise such) among my offspring1 O our Lord! and accept Thou my Prayer.Abraham prays for both branches of his family, having a wider vision than some of the later Children of Israel.
