4تَنَزَّلُ المَلائِكَةُ وَالرّوحُ فيها بِإِذنِ رَبِّهِم مِن كُلِّ أَمرٍZafar AnsariThe angels along with the Spirit descend in it by the permission of their Lord with all kinds of decrees.
