Alms are only for the poor and needy, and those who work for them, and those whose heart are to be reconciled (to be converted to Islam), and those in captivity, and those in debt, and those who are on Allah's path, and for the wayfarer. This is an ordinance from Allah, for Allah is Knower, Wise.
