55فَلا تُعجِبكَ أَموالُهُم وَلا أَولادُهُم ۚ إِنَّما يُريدُ اللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُم بِها فِي الحَياةِ الدُّنيا وَتَزهَقَ أَنفُسُهُم وَهُم كافِرونَA. J. ArberrySo let not their possessions or their children please thee; God only desires thereby to chastise them in this present life, and that their souls should depart while they are unbelievers.
