ثُمَّ يَتوبُ اللَّهُ مِن بَعدِ ذٰلِكَ عَلىٰ مَن يَشاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ

Then God forgives from after that on whom He wills/wants, and God (is) forgiving, merciful.
