ثُمَّ يَتوبُ اللَّهُ مِن بَعدِ ذٰلِكَ عَلىٰ مَن يَشاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ

Then will Allah after this turn mercifully to whom He pleases. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
