10لا يَرقُبونَ في مُؤمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ المُعتَدونَLaleh BakhtiarThey regard not towards one who believes either ties of relationship or a pact. And those, they are the ones who exceed the limits.
