10لا يَرقُبونَ في مُؤمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ المُعتَدونَAisha BewleyThey respect neither kinship nor treaty where a mumin is concerned. They are the people who overstep the limits.
