10لا يَرقُبونَ في مُؤمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ المُعتَدونَMuhammad SarwarThey do not respect their promises nor their family ties with the believers. They are transgressors.
