17وَالآخِرَةُ خَيرٌ وَأَبقىٰAli UnalWhile the Hereafter is better and more lasting .1The Hereafter is incomparably good and eternal. The reason why the verse uses better and more lasting is for the sake of comparison with the worldly life.
