9 Preface الَّذي لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهيدٌAli Quli Qaraito whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is witness to all things.
