الَّذي لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهيدٌ

Whose kingdom spreads over the heavens and the earth. God is witness over everything.
