الَّذي لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهيدٌ

To Whom belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. God is witness over everything.
