9الَّذي لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهيدٌMuhammad QadriTo Him only belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness over all things.
