9الَّذي لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهيدٌMuhammad Sarwarand the One to whom belongs the heavens and the earth. God is the Witness of all things.
