9الَّذي لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهيدٌMuhammad Asad[and] to whom the dominion of the heavens and the earth belongs. But God is witness unto everything!
