59 Preface وَلا يَحسَبَنَّ الَّذينَ كَفَروا سَبَقوا ۚ إِنَّهُم لا يُعجِزونَAli Quli QaraiLet the faithless not suppose that they have outmaneuvered [Allah]. Indeed they cannot thwart [His power].
