33وَما كانَ اللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُم وَأَنتَ فيهِم ۚ وَما كانَ اللَّهُ مُعَذِّبَهُم وَهُم يَستَغفِرونَWahiduddin KhanBut God would not punish them while you [Prophet] were in their midst, nor would He punish them so long as they sought forgiveness.
