3الَّذينَ يُقيمونَ الصَّلاةَ وَمِمّا رَزَقناهُم يُنفِقونَ(Irfan-ul-Quran)(They) are those who establish Prayer and spend (in the cause of Allah) out of whatever We have bestowed upon them.
