23وَلَو عَلِمَ اللَّهُ فيهِم خَيرًا لَأَسمَعَهُم ۖ وَلَو أَسمَعَهُم لَتَوَلَّوا وَهُم مُعرِضونَAisha BewleyIf Allah knew of any good in them, He would have made them able to hear. But even if He had made them able to hear, they would still have turned away.
