23وَلَو عَلِمَ اللَّهُ فيهِم خَيرًا لَأَسمَعَهُم ۖ وَلَو أَسمَعَهُم لَتَوَلَّوا وَهُم مُعرِضونَMuhammad SarwarHad they possessed any virtue, God would certainly have made them hear. Even if God were to make them hear, they would still turn away from (the words of God).
