22۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوابِّ عِندَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُّ البُكمُ الَّذينَ لا يَعقِلونَRashad KhalifaThe worst creatures in the sight of GOD are the deaf and dumb, who do not understand.
