9 Preface إِنَّما نُطعِمُكُم لِوَجهِ اللَّهِ لا نُريدُ مِنكُم جَزاءً وَلا شُكورًاAli Quli Qarai[saying,] ‘We feed you only for the sake of Allah. We do not want any reward from you nor any thanks.
