31 Preface يُدخِلُ مَن يَشاءُ في رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَالظّالِمينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُم عَذابًا أَليمًاAli Quli QaraiHe admits whomever He wishes into His mercy, and as for the wrongdoers, He has prepared for them a painful punishment.
