11وَأَنّا مِنَّا الصّالِحونَ وَمِنّا دونَ ذٰلِكَ ۖ كُنّا طَرائِقَ قِدَدًاMuhammad AsadJust as [we do not know how it happens] that some from among us are righteous, while some of us are [far] below that: we have always followed widely divergent paths.
