فَلا أُقسِمُ بِرَبِّ المَشارِقِ وَالمَغارِبِ إِنّا لَقادِرونَ

So I do not swear/make oath with the sun rises'/easts' , and the sunsets'/wests' Lord, that We are capable/able (E) .
