And He is the One Who sends the winds as glad tidings before His Mercy (rain) until when these (winds) bring moisture-laden heavy clouds, We drive these (clouds) towards a town dead (of drought and infertility). Then We cause downpour from (the clouds), and by means of this (water) We bring forth fruits of all kinds (from the earth). In like manner We shall bring forth the dead (from the graves on the Day of Resurrection), so that you may take direction and guidance.
