And surely We have adorned the lowest heaven of the universe with lights (in the form of stars, planets, other asteroids and meteoroids). And We have also made (some of them) the means of pelting away (i.e. eliminating the negative effects of) satans (i.e. rebellious forces). And We have prepared for these (satans) a torment of Blazing Fire.
