8وَكَأَيِّن مِن قَريَةٍ عَتَت عَن أَمرِ رَبِّها وَرُسُلِهِ فَحاسَبناها حِسابًا شَديدًا وَعَذَّبناها عَذابًا نُكرًاTalal ItaniHow many a town defied the command of its Lord and His messengers? So We held it strictly accountable, and We punished it with a dreadful punishment.
