13يا أَيُّهَا الَّذينَ آمَنوا لا تَتَوَلَّوا قَومًا غَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيهِم قَد يَئِسوا مِنَ الآخِرَةِ كَما يَئِسَ الكُفّارُ مِن أَصحابِ القُبورِE. H. PalmerO ye who believe! take not for patrons a people whom God is wroth against; they despair of the hereafter, as the misbelievers despair of the fellows of the tombs!
