It is He Who created the heavens and the earth in true (proportions): The day He says, "Be!", Look! It is. His Word is the Truth. His will be the Dominion the day (when) the Trumpet will be blown. He knows the unseen and that which is open. For He is the All Wise (Al-Hakeem), All Aware (Khabeer) (with all things).
