39وَالَّذينَ كَذَّبوا بِآياتِنا صُمٌّ وَبُكمٌ فِي الظُّلُماتِ ۗ مَن يَشَإِ اللَّهُ يُضلِلهُ وَمَن يَشَأ يَجعَلهُ عَلىٰ صِراطٍ مُستَقيمٍN. J. DawoodDeaf and dumb are those that deny Our revelations: they blunder about in darkness. God confounds whom He will, and guides to the right path whom He pleases.
