13۞ وَلَهُ ما سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيلِ وَالنَّهارِ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّميعُ العَليمُ(Irfan-ul-Quran)And to Him belongs (all the creation) that reposes at night and during the day. And He is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
