13۞ وَلَهُ ما سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيلِ وَالنَّهارِ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّميعُ العَليمُShabbir AhmedTo Him belongs all that dwells in the night and the day. He is the Knower, the Hearer.
