13۞ وَلَهُ ما سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيلِ وَالنَّهارِ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّميعُ العَليمُRashad KhalifaTo Him belongs everything that dwells in the night and the day. He is the Hearer, the Knower.
