123وَكَذٰلِكَ جَعَلنا في كُلِّ قَريَةٍ أَكابِرَ مُجرِميها لِيَمكُروا فيها ۖ وَما يَمكُرونَ إِلّا بِأَنفُسِهِم وَما يَشعُرونَAisha BewleyAnd likewise in every city We set up its greatest wrongdoers to plot in it. They plot against themselves alone, but they are not aware of it.
