123وَكَذٰلِكَ جَعَلنا في كُلِّ قَريَةٍ أَكابِرَ مُجرِميها لِيَمكُروا فيها ۖ وَما يَمكُرونَ إِلّا بِأَنفُسِهِم وَما يَشعُرونَRashad KhalifaWe allow the leading criminals of every community to plot and scheme. But they only plot and scheme against their own souls, without perceiving.
