13أَأَشفَقتُم أَن تُقَدِّموا بَينَ يَدَي نَجواكُم صَدَقاتٍ ۚ فَإِذ لَم تَفعَلوا وَتابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيكُم فَأَقيمُوا الصَّلاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكاةَ وَأَطيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ خَبيرٌ بِما تَعمَلونَUzunoglu et al.Do you hesitate to offer charity before your consultations with him? If you do not and Allah relents toward you then perform your prayers and pay the zakāt, and obey Allah and obey His Messenger. Allah is Aware of what you do.
