9هُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ عَلىٰ عَبدِهِ آياتٍ بَيِّناتٍ لِيُخرِجَكُم مِنَ الظُّلُماتِ إِلَى النّورِ ۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُم لَرَءوفٌ رَحيمٌShabbir AhmedHe it is who sends down clear Revelations to His servant, to bring you out from the depths of darkness unto the splendorous Light. And behold, for you Allah is Compassionate, Merciful.
