24الَّذينَ يَبخَلونَ وَيَأمُرونَ النّاسَ بِالبُخلِ ۗ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الغَنِيُّ الحَميدُRashad KhalifaThey are stingy, and enjoin the people to be stingy. If one turns away, then GOD is the Rich, the Praiseworthy.
