12وَفَجَّرنَا الأَرضَ عُيونًا فَالتَقَى الماءُ عَلىٰ أَمرٍ قَد قُدِرَE. H. PalmerAnd we made the earth burst forth in springs, and the waters met at a bidding already decreed.
