وَفَجَّرنَا الأَرضَ عُيونًا فَالتَقَى الماءُ عَلىٰ أَمرٍ قَد قُدِرَ

Majid Daryabadi

And We made the earth break forth with springs; SO that the water met for an affair already decreed.
